Every IGET order ships from our Melbourne warehouse with tracking, a flat delivery rate Australia-wide and an 18+ signature on arrival. Weekday orders placed before 2pm leave the same working day. Below are the exact costs, the realistic transit times by state, and how returns and faulty devices are handled.
There is a $100 minimum order across the site. A bundle or carton from IGET Wholesale clears it in one line, and every single range pack there costs less per device than singles.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday are picked, packed and handed to the courier the same day. Anything after 2pm, or over a weekend or public holiday, goes out the next working day. You will get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created, not when the parcel is scanned.
The courier requires an 18+ signature on delivery. We cannot leave a parcel unattended or in a safe place, and we cannot ship to anyone who fails verification. If nobody is home the courier leaves a card and the parcel goes to the nearest collection point for five days.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened devices cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the device is faulty. A burnt taste is almost always a dry coil rather than a fault, so leave the device standing for five minutes and try again. If the taste stays after that, contact us and we will replace it.
Flat $10 standard or $35 express, Australia-wide, both tracked. There is a $100 minimum order.
Standard runs 2–4 days to metro and 4–7 to regional. Express is 1–2 days metro, 2–4 regional, measured from dispatch rather than from when you order.
